Richard first started out as a collector in the late 1950’s and then went on as a full-time dealer in the early 1970’s. Rick Stelzer has accumulated a vast amount of knowledge needed to appraise both coins and paper money.
Our staff expertise is not limited to coins and paper from the United States but also includes world collections as well. We travel 25 to 30 times each year to attend industry trade shows from Long Beach, CA to Baltimore, MD and everywhere in between; as well as Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore and Thailand.
Our extensive experience allows us to stay in contact with many strong buyers during our travels which allows us to be very competitive when compared to many local dealers that seldom attend coin shows except those in their local area. We are always willing to travel to view large collections and assist in either their direct sale to us or advise about other avenues of selling such as auctions.
